Shipping policy

Standard delivery  for all orders placed before 2pm is next day delivery via Royal mail speciL delivery. 

Any orders made after 2pm will be shipped the next working day  (Monday-friday).

Moira Hair is not liable for any delays or failure in delivery due to issues with courier  company or cause beyond its reasonable control. 

 In the case of missing parcel, this will be reported after 15days of expected delivery as per Royal mail terms and conditions. 

Moira Hair can only send out a replacement for the missing parcel after the claim has been accepted  by Royal mail.

In the case of lost or missing parcel, Moura Hair will work with you to make an application for full refund via Royal mail.

Please provide correct delivery information when you ace your order to avoid delays with your order.

Moira hair is not responsible or liable for any incorrect delivery address  at checkout, should yhe parcel be delivered to an incorrect address during to error at checkout. 

If item is returned to Moira hair,  we will offer  redelivery at an additional cost.
